  • Hi Steve :

First off let me thank you for your purchase. Its a very well written book and we have had lots of good comments. Some bad ones from contractors though.

Here are a few things to check.

That the thank you email was sent to you

That the email have a link in it

If you have Problems downloading the book? The customer service email address is customer_service@furnacebook.com . Tell them what happened.

Usually the download link comes with the thank you email ( as an attachment ) let us know if we need to send out another one. We haven’t had any problems except a few computers did not have adobe reader.

If needed we can even send you a direct link from our data base . So we can straighten this out one way or another.

    Hello-

I am also seeing the message: “Warning: pack() [function.pack]: Type H: illegal hex digit in /home1/bildablo/public_html/furnacebook/wp-content/plugins/wp-recaptcha/recaptchalib.php on line 242″ on the download page. I want to order the book, but will not before I know what this message means.

The new furnace is waiting in the basement…

    Thanks

Hopefully after you buy it ,you say you love it like most my other customers. I sent you an email this morning concerning your post.

Sometimes Internet Explorer (especially older versions) have trouble with the pay-pal interface. Some have to switch to a different brower to get to pay-pal . If any others have this problem just email me anthony@furnacebook.com and we can always do a manual transfer.

  • Yes on the ductwork transitions — which also means yes for ac coils ( nowadays the coil should be bought to fit the top of the furance then you make a duct transition from the either the furnace to the old duct or from the top of the ac coil case to the old ductwork.

Electronic air filters come with their own instructions, the only thing you need to do is put attach it to the side of the furnace in most installations.

Ps there is a forum on the site and quesitons are best asked there

    Regards — Tony
